AI Governance Specialist

 

We seek an experienced Artificial Intelligence Administrator to drive the strategic implementation and governance of AI tools. This critical role ensures that our AI initiatives are executed with precision, security, and compliance, enhancing our technological capabilities and competitive edge.

 

Main Responsibilities:

  • Data Security Configuration: Manage data security controls to prevent sensitive data training and enforce zero-retention policies.
  • Compliance Auditing: Deliver comprehensive audit logs, compliance reporting, and monitoring for OpenAI usage.
  • Security Enhancements: Implement robust guardrails, moderation tools, and safety layers to secure AI applications.
  • Performance Analysis: Analyze model performance, produce regular reports, and inform strategic decisions.
  • Prompt Engineering Optimization: Evaluate cost/performance trade-offs, compare GPT-4 and GPT-4o mini, and maximize efficiency.
  • Troubleshooting: Resolve technical issues related to API calls, latency, and integration failures.
  • Documentation Development: Develop and maintain internal admin guides, knowledge bases, and wikis.
  • Training Sessions: Deliver training sessions for IT staff to expand their expertise in managing OpenAI tools.
  • Incident Resolution: Serve as a Tier 3 escalation point for OpenAI-related incidents and provide expert-level support.

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • 5-8 years of experience in AI applications engineering or a related role.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in Google Gemini, OpenAI, and Anthropic.
  • Strong understanding of data security controls and compliance requirements.
  • Experience in configuring and managing AI tool environments securely and effectively.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
