Job Overview
Our team is responsible for designing engaging digital products that cater to millions of sports fans worldwide. As a Senior Product Designer, you will play a crucial role in shaping the user experience and ensuring our platforms are visually appealing and easy to use.
- Design and deliver high-impact features across web, mobile, and new fan engagement platforms
- Create polished user interfaces that balance beauty and usability
- Develop and maintain a scalable design system and component libraries
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align design decisions with user needs and business goals
- Mentor junior designers and promote good design practices within the company
What We're Looking For
- 4+ years of experience in digital product design, preferably in media or consumer platforms
- A strong portfolio showcasing top-tier visual design and thoughtful UX solutions
- Mastery of Figma and relevant prototyping tools
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills
- Experience mentoring designers and advocating for design excellence
Responsibilities
- Redesign our personalized home feed and article reading experience
- Launch community-first features like polls, reactions, loyalty rewards, or gamification elements
- Evaluate and maintain a lean design system that scales with our growth
