Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled Creative Communications Specialist to join our team.

This role involves crafting compelling content across various mediums, from brand manifestos and campaign lines to packaging copy and product stories. You will shape and carry brand voices across touchpoints, ensuring consistency and nuance, while collaborating with art directors, designers, and creative leads to bring ideas to life.

  • Develop and maintain brand narratives, ensuring tone and voice consistency across all platforms.
  • Transform strategic insights into engaging storytelling, turning data into memorable messaging.
  • Presentation of work is required for both internal and external stakeholders.
Your Key Responsibilities

Key Accountabilities:

  1. Write persuasive content for diverse mediums, including brand manifestos, campaigns, packaging, and product stories.
  2. Create and manage brand identities, ensuring cohesion and tone alignment across touchpoints.
  3. Convert strategy into captivating storytelling, turning findings into impactful messaging.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring innovative ideas to fruition.
  5. Present your work effectively and confidently, both internally and externally.
  6. Stay attuned to cultural trends and adapt tone accordingly.
Requirements

Necessary Skills and Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of professional writing experience in branding, advertising, or content-driven studios.
  • A portfolio showcasing range in packaging, naming, brand storytelling, and campaigns.
  • Understanding of how brand architecture and voice intersect in narrative development.
  • Strong writing skills, with the ability to design tone and think creatively.
  • Collaborative, detail-oriented, and curious, with the ability to work efficiently without compromising nuance.
