Job OverviewWe're seeking a dedicated software engineer to drive the development of our next-generation AI compute platform, optimized for large language models and distributed training.
- Design, develop, test, and deploy distributed machine learning systems and large-scale solutions for global customers.
- Collaborate closely with ML scientists and customers to influence strategy and define the team's roadmap.
- Assist in gathering business and functional requirements, and translate them into technical specifications for robust, scalable, supportable solutions that align with overall system architecture.
You're passionate about building platforms and products for large-scale deep learning model training (100 billion parameter GPT, thousands of GPU devices).
A proven track record of bringing innovative research to customers is essential. You should thrive and succeed in an entrepreneurial environment.
Key qualities include ownership, delivering results, thinking big, and analytical leadership.
Solid experience in multi-threaded asynchronous C or Go development, resource orchestrators like Slurm, Kubernetes, high-performance computing, building scalable systems, and large language model training are required.
