About the Job

Our company seeks a skilled Palantir ERP system manager to oversee the configuration and maintenance of our enterprise resource planning systems. The successful candidate will work closely with various departments to ensure that the ERP system aligns with our business objectives.

Responsibilities

The day-to-day tasks for this role include:

  • System Configuration: Setting up and customizing the Palantir ERP system to meet our specific needs.
  • User Support: Providing assistance to employees who use the ERP system.
  • Troubleshooting: Identifying and resolving any issues that arise with the system.
  • Data Analysis: Examining data within the ERP system to inform business decisions.
  • Report Generation: Creating reports to help us understand key performance indicators.
Requirements

To succeed in this position, you will need:

  • ERP Implementation Experience: Proven ability to configure and maintain ERP systems.
  • Data Analysis Skills: Proficiency in analyzing data and generating meaningful reports.
  • Troubleshooting and Problem-Solving Skills: Strong ability to identify and resolve technical issues.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Clear and effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Cross-Functional Teamwork: Ability to collaborate with colleagues from different departments.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Related Field: A degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field is required.
Bonus

Prior experience in the food processing industry is a significant advantage but not a requirement.
