Technical Expertise

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Infrastructure Engineer to join our team. This role requires strong technical expertise, particularly in AWS Cloud and Managed File Transfer (MFT) using GoAnywhere.

The successful candidate will have hands-on experience with pipeline management using GitHub Actions, Python programming, and various file transfer protocols such as FTP, FTPs, SFTP, S3 & Connect:Direct.

In addition, you will have sound knowledge of different file transfer architectures, including DMZ and basic working knowledge of load-balancers and firewalls.

This position involves certificate management, including CSR generation, cert issuing, cert implementation, and validation. You will also be able to provide on-call support for priority issues, understand vulnerabilities, and how to fix them as per security guidelines.

You should possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team. If you are passionate about technology and want to make a difference, this is an exciting opportunity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead technical discussions and provide consultancy services to customers
  • Drive key deliverables and plan, coordinate, and apply patch/upgrade of FTP software to the latest required level
  • Perform OS & DB maintenance activities, including disaster recovery
  • Provide on-call support for priority issues and troubleshoot technical problems

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong background in AWS Cloud and MFT using GoAnywhere
  • Hands-on experience with pipeline management using GitHub Actions and Python programming
  • Knowledge of file transfer protocols, including FTP, FTPs, SFTP, S3 & Connect:Direct
  • Sound knowledge of file transfer architectures, including DMZ and load-balancers
