About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Software Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in building large-scale web-based systems using Microsoft technologies such as ASP.Net, Web Forms, .Net Core, VB.NET, C#, and SQL Server or related technologies, Azure.

Responsibilities

- Design and develop heavily transactional and multi-tiered web applications.

- Follow coding standards and best practices to ensure high-quality code.

- Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.

- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.

- Recommend and implement improvements to existing systems and processes.

- Mentor junior developers and provide guidance to help them grow in their roles.

- Foster a collaborative and knowledge-sharing environment within the team.

Candidate Requirements

- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, XML, jQuery, JavaScript, Angular 2+

- Knowledge of Data access through ADO.NET or other ORM's

- Knowledge of .NET languages (C#, Visual Basic .NET)

- Must have effective verbal and written communication skills

- Ability to work in team-oriented environment, and can work independently

- Strong troubleshooting skills

- Experience working in an Agile Development environment is preferred

- You have a big appetite to learn and improve your .Net skills.

- You have aspiration to move Senior role to Team leader role in 3-6 months
