Job Title: Data Modeling Expert

As a Data Modeling Expert, you will be responsible for designing and building scalable and reusable data models. You will work closely with data engineers, analysts, and business teams to understand data needs and deliver actionable insights.

  • Design and build scalable and reusable data models using tools like dbt (Data Build Tool).
  • Collaborate with data engineers to ingest and transform data from various sources.
  • Ensure data quality, consistency, and documentation across all datasets.
  • Work closely with analysts and business teams to understand data needs and deliver actionable insights.
  • Implement and maintain data testing frameworks to validate pipeline integrity.
  • Optimize SQL queries and data transformations for performance and scalability.
  • Maintain version control and CI/CD pipelines for analytics codebases.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot data pipelines and models in production.
Requirements
  • 6+ years of experience in data engineering, analytics, or BI development.
  • Proficiency in SQL and experience with dbt or similar data modeling tools.
  • Familiarity with cloud data warehouses (e.g., Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift).
  • Strong understanding of data warehousing concepts and ETL/ELT processes.
  • Experience with Git and CI/CD workflows.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
