Sap Financial Planning Expert

Job Description:

  • Deliver comprehensive SAP finance solutions, working closely with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to meet quality and timelines.
  • Conduct workshops, lead international teams of consultants, and coordinate with other teams for successful delivery of integrated finance solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop detailed design, build, testing, deployment, and governance within SAP change requests and projects.
  2. Collaborate with release managers and project managers to deliver high-quality results on time.
  3. Work on multiple engagements simultaneously, ensuring timely completion and stakeholder satisfaction.

Technical Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of accounting processes, including identification of gaps and proposal of solutions in line with standard practices.
  • Ability to analyze complex financial processes impacting MAP, such as purchase returns, period-end activities, and GR/IR clearing.
  • Good grasp of SAP integration technologies, including API, EDI, and integration suites.
  • Experience working with OCR applications and bank application functionalities, including Dmee and bank reconciliation.
  • Expertise in Controlling module, structure, objects planning, and actual process, with ability to understand business structures and processes.
  • Proficiency in profit center structure and rules definition, as well as splitting modules for preparation of financial statutory reports from SAP.

This role involves active participation in the account payable process project, shaping the future of the organization. The ideal candidate will analyze, design, and implement SAP finance solutions for relevant business processes, taking ownership from requirement gathering to production release, creating documentation and presentations to showcase business value, collaborating with other IT product teams for seamless integration, preparing functional concepts for SAP integration with other systems, and supporting business operations by resolving incidents and fixing bugs and malfunctions in SAP.
