Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Machine Learning Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our engineering organization, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying machine learning models and algorithms to drive business growth and operational excellence.

About the Role:

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and translate business objectives into scalable ML solutions. You will build and maintain robust ML pipelines for data preprocessing, feature engineering, model training, validation, and deployment. Your goal is to optimize model performance through hyperparameter tuning, feature selection, and algorithmic improvements.

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with deep learning frameworks, cloud platforms, and containerization technologies. They must have proficiency in Python, SQL, and knowledge of big data technologies. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills are required, along with the ability to work independently and in team environments.

Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models and algorithms

Professional Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Statistics, Mathematics, or related quantitative field
  • Preferred 3+ years of experience in machine learning engineering or related roles

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Hands-on experience with deep learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch)
  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes)
  • Proficiency in Python, SQL, and knowledge of big data technologies (Spark, Hadoop)
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
