Job Summary

2COMS is seeking an experienced R2R Financial Expert to join our team. As a key member of our accounting department, you will be responsible for managing balance sheet reconciliations, complex analysis, journals, intercompany accounting, payroll accounting, and fixed assets accounting.

About the Role

This role entails reviewing client-driven journals and posting them in Oracle, reviewing reconciliations along with movement analysis, and providing explanations as per the agreed process. You will also investigate open items, raise queries with respective teams, and follow up for closure. Additionally, you will regularly update and review desktop procedures, obtain client sign-offs, and create effective backups for all activities performed. Conducting monthly reconciliations is also a critical aspect of this role.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess strong analytical and communication skills. A minimum of 3 years of experience in R2R is required, along with proficiency in Advanced Excel, Oracle, and ARCS tool. An Accounting and Commerce graduate is also essential.
