Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Data Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for collecting, cleaning, and analyzing data from various sources.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Data Collection: Gather data from multiple sources, including CRM systems, event registrations, sponsor reports, and feedback forms.
  • Analysis and Insights: Develop dashboards and reports that track leader engagement, sponsor ROI, and event performance.
  • Pattern Identification: Identify patterns in leader participation, content virality, and market trends to support strategic decision-making.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with leadership, content, and sales teams to provide actionable insights.
  • Data Pipeline Management: Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and storytelling through the data pipeline.
  • Experimentation: Experiment with predictive models for leader turnout, sponsorship success, and community growth.

Requirements:
  • 2–4 years of experience in data analytics, preferably in B2B, SaaS, events, or community businesses.
  • Proficiency in SQL, Excel/Google Sheets, and BI tools (Tableau/Power BI/Looker Studio).
  • Strong ability to translate raw data into simple, visual insights.
  • Hands-on experience with data cleaning and handling large datasets.
  • Curiosity to go beyond the numbers—ask the right questions and challenge assumptions.
  • Bonus: Knowledge of analytics, HubSpot/Zoho CRM, or event-tech platforms.
