Lead Business Insights Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Analyst to join our team. As a Data Analyst, you will play a crucial role in delivering leadership assessments and 360 surveys to clients on internal and external platforms.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Gathering project requirements, assessment/simulation setup, reporting setup and delivery, including designing scoring and generating results.
- Collating scores from different tools to maintain a database.
- Analysing scores to generate industry benchmarks and norms for various markets.
- Creating dashboards using MS Power Apps/Tableau/PowerBI.
In addition to these key responsibilities, you will also be expected to:
- Effectively communicate with stakeholders.
- Collaborate with various teams to achieve project goals.
- Identify innovative ways to improve current execution methods.
- Work independently with strong domain knowledge.
The ideal candidate should possess:
- Advanced analytical skills to create insights from data.
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel.
- Strong business communication skills (email and conference calls).
- Fluency in English language.
Prior experience in Operations and Project Management is preferred. Additionally, having knowledge of Tableau for data presentation and basic knowledge of visualization tools like R/Python would be beneficial.
