About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Cloud Visionary to consult with clients and propose architectural solutions for migrating infrastructure from on-premise to the cloud or optimizing cloud spend between public clouds.

  1. Be a Thought Leader: Experiment with new-age cloud offerings, define best practices in cloud, automation, and Dev-Ops.
  2. Stay Ahead: Continuously augment skills and learn new technologies as they evolve.
  3. Build Hybrid-Cloud Solutions: Utilize experience in GCP to build hybrid-cloud solutions for customers.
  4. Lead Project Teams: Provide leadership to project teams and facilitate project deliverables around core Cloud-based technologies.
  5. Ensure Quality: Define tracking mechanisms and ensure IT standards and methodologies are met.
  6. Participate in Reviews: Participate in technical reviews of requirements, designs, code, and other artifacts.
  7. Identify New Concepts: Identify and stay updated on new technical concepts in GCP.
  8. Security and Compliance: Advise customers on security, risk, and compliance matters, including access management, network setup, and regulatory compliance.
  9. Credentials: Preferably Google Cloud Certified candidates with at least 8+ years of experience in cloud computing (GCP) and IT operations.

Educational Qualifications:

A Bachelor's or Master's degree in engineering from a reputable institute or self-taught programming expertise is desired. However, passion for tech-awesome, insatiable desire to learn the latest cloud tech, highly analytical aptitude, and strong 'desire to deliver' outlives fancy degrees.

  • Experience: At least 5+ years of hands-on experience in Cloud Computing (GCP) and IT operational experience in a global enterprise environment.
  • Leadership: 4+ years proven experience as a GCP Architect.
  • Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of GCP services, including compute, storage, networking, and databases.
