Job Title: Senior Veterinary Doctor

Reporting to: Chief Veterinary Officer (CVO)

Job Location: Bengaluru

Key Responsibilities:

Leadership and Team Management

• Lead the veterinary practice for the healthcare center or specialization.

• Recruit, train, and develop a team of Associate Vets, Paravets, and Handlers.

Strategic Partnerships and Network Development

• Develop strategic partnerships, associations, and networks to address health care management for pets.

• Mentor and career development for top veterinary colleges in India.

Operational Excellence and Quality Assurance

• Bring international standards in pet handling care and cure to India.

• Play a crucial role in efficient and effective execution of physical outlets.

• Solve for primary preventive predictive planned healthcare in India.

• Manage operational levels – quality and serviceability of outlets.

Skills and Competencies

• Strong people management and inter-personal skills.

• Vendor management and supplier/brand associations.

• Pricing, catalogue management, offering, customizations.

• Training and development.

• Leading and developing teams.

• Quality Audit Review.

• Customer connect, drive customer delight.

Requirements:

Experience and Qualifications

• 4+ years' experience in Veterinary practice.

• 3+ years' experience in surgery and regular practice on ABC and planned procedures like Dental.

• Association with NGOs, Welfare centers, Rescue centers work in Animal Welfare.

• Experience in small animal practice 3+years.

• Pet Parenting experience.
