Key Responsibilities:

  • Curate FF&E schemes, mood boards, and styling plans that reflect refined taste and attention to detail
  • Collaborate with sales teams to style client spaces and enhance product presentation, driving business results through compelling visual displays
  • Drive interior styling for brand activations, photoshoots, and in-store events, creating immersive brand experiences that engage customers
  • Engage with clients, vendors, and teams with confidence and professionalism, fostering strong relationships and open communication
  • Balance multiple projects simultaneously, delivering top-quality design execution and meeting deadlines
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Interior Design from a reputable institution, emphasizing a solid foundation in design principles and practices
  • 3–8 years of experience in luxury residential or boutique hospitality projects, showcasing a track record of success and growth
  • A strong portfolio demonstrating attention to luxury details, spatial styling, and creative solutions, highlighting your ability to think critically and innovate
  • Proficiency in industry-standard design tools, including AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, and other software essential for design professionals
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to build strong relationships and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management abilities, allowing you to prioritize tasks, manage competing demands, and meet deadlines
  • A hands-on, collaborative approach, with a passion for aesthetics and storytelling that brings designs to life and captivates audiences
