Are you looking for a challenging role in manufacturing where you can utilize your technical skills? Our company is seeking an experienced Electrical Maintenance Technician to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical engineering and maintenance, with experience in operating and maintaining complex electrical systems. You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing facility, identifying and resolving electrical issues, and performing routine maintenance tasks.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Operating and maintaining 66 KV switchyard, HT & LT switchgears, SF6, transformer, motors, EOT cranes, Battery & Battery charger, UPS, PCC, MCC, Plant lighting & PLC, Electro hydraulic grab, and crushing equipment.
  • Maintaining and operating knowledge in gensets, electrical Panels, Transformers, isolators and lightning arrestors.
  • Performing maintenance and troubleshooting of AC/DC machines, circuit theory, and earthing concepts.
  • Controlling systems and automation systems.
  • Protecting and metering devices and systems.
  • Having knowledge in VFD & PLC applications.
  • Using encoders and feedback sensors.
  • Working with HV, MV & LV Power systems and equipments.
  • Understanding electrical generation and distribution system.
  • Calculating energy efficiency improvements.

Requirements for this role include:

  • Diploma in Electrical Engineering from reputable Institutions.
  • 3-5 years Experience in Manufacturing / Process / Engg. Industry.
