Placement Manager

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Placement Executive to join our team at Parul University.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a dynamic team in a leading university. The Placement Executive will be responsible for coordinating training and placement activities, building industry connections, and creating career opportunities for students across diverse fields.

Key Responsibilities:

• Industry Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with recruiters and industries to enhance student employability.
• Campus Recruitment: Organize campus recruitment drives, job fairs, and internships to connect students with top employers.
• Training and Development: Conduct pre-placement training, including resume building and interview preparation, to equip students with essential skills.
• Placement Data Management: Manage placement data and generate reports on recruitment outcomes to inform strategic decisions.
• Student Exposure: Plan seminars, guest lectures, and industry visits for student exposure to various industries and sectors.

Requirements:

• Qualifications: Graduate/Postgraduate degree in a relevant field.
• Experience: 2-3 years of experience in placements, recruitment, or a related role.
• Skill Set: Strong communication, networking, and organizational skills.
• Tenure Commitment: Willingness to commit to a 3-year tenure.

Compensation and Benefits:

The estimated salary for this position is ₹500,000 - ₹700,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience. Additionally, the successful candidate will enjoy a range of benefits, including professional growth opportunities and a supportive work environment.
