At Recro, we're looking for a seasoned Principal .NET Software Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for designing, coding, testing and managing various applications.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in software design and development lifecycle. They should be proficient in multiple programming languages, comfortable with automated testing and passionate about maintaining high-quality code.

We're seeking an expert in .NET Core, ASP.NET Core, MVC and .NET 5 who is hands-on with JQuery, JavaScript and Entity Framework (Core). You'll work closely with our engineering and product teams to establish best practices and ensure adherence to outlined standards of quality.

Responsibilities
  • Design and develop robust, scalable applications using .NET technologies
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive technical direction and innovation
  • Develop and maintain automated tests to ensure high-quality code
  • Work closely with the engineering team to optimize system performance and reliability
Qualifications
  • 9+ years of experience as a .NET engineer with a strong focus on software development
  • Hands-on experience with .NET Core, ASP.NET Core, MVC and .NET 5, including Entity Framework (Core)
  • Proficiency in multiple programming languages, including C#, Java Script and JQuery
  • Expertise in Relational Database systems, preferably Oracle
  • Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) and Design Patterns
  • Experience with GitLab and Jira, with knowledge of Agile methodologies
  • Familiarity with Xamarin and Azure a plus
  • Advanced knowledge of software development lifecycle methodologies
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
