Job Title: Visual Design Specialist

About the Job
We're looking for a skilled Visual Design Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our creative department, you'll play a vital role in developing and implementing visual strategies that align with our brand identity.

Your Responsibilities
  1. Develop and produce a wide range of visual content for social media, infographics, ebooks, magazines, and other creative assets.
  2. Collaborate with marketing teams to brainstorm and develop creative ideas and concepts for social media campaigns and posts.
  3. E nsure that all social media content adheres to the brand's visual identity and style guidelines.
  4. Create visually appealing and effective advertisements for social media platforms, including banner ads, sponsored posts, and other ad formats.
  5. Optimize visuals for various social media platforms, taking into account platform-specific requirements and best practices.
  6. Design content that encourages user engagement, such as likes, comments, shares, and click-throughs, by crafting compelling visuals.
  7. Stay up-to-date with social media trends, design tools, and emerging technologies to create cutting-edge content.

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
  1. Proficiency in design software and tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign.
  2. Knowledge of UI/UX design (Figma) and additional design software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects) is a plus.
  3. A strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design projects and demonstrating a deep understanding of design principles and creativity.
  4. Excellent design skills, including layout, typography, color theory, and composition.
  5. Strong problem-solving, time management skills and the ability to think creatively to convey messages effectively.
  6. Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively in a team and with content creators and marketing teams.
  7. Familiarity with various social media platforms, their design requirements, and best practices.
  8. Attention to detail and the ability to adapt to changing project requirements and timelines.
