Role Overview

This is a challenging opportunity to lead the design and delivery of data architecture solutions using Azure Data Factory, Azure SQL Database, Azure Databricks, Azure Synapse Analytics, and Azure Data Fabric. You will be responsible for taking ownership of end-to-end data architecture delivery, ensuring solutions are robust, scalable, and meet business requirements while maintaining high-quality standards.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Data Architecture Design: Architect and implement innovative, high-performance data solutions using MSBI (SSIS, SSAS, SSRS) and Azure data services such as Azure Data Factory, Azure SQL Database, Azure Databricks , Azure Synapse Analytics , and Azure Data Fabric .
  • Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of data engineers, data scientists, and business analysts to execute Data & BI projects successfully.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including business stakeholders, to gather and analyze requirements, define project scope, and set clear objectives for project milestones.
  • Mentorship: Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning, development, and improvement.

Requirements:

  • Azure Data Services Expertise: Extensive hands-on experience with Azure Data Factory, Azure SQL Database, Azure Databricks, Azure Synapse Analytics, and Azure Data Fabric.
  • Architectural Design: Ability to design and implement complex data architecture solutions that are scalable, efficient, and secure.
  • Leadership & Communication: Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage, mentor, and guide cross-functional teams. Strong communication skills are essential for interacting with stakeholders at all levels.
