Enterprise Sales Growth Strategist

We are AALUCKS Talent Pro, a top EAP and HealthTech company, seeking an experienced Enterprise Sales Growth Strategist to drive revenue growth within our enterprise segment. This role plays a critical part in identifying, developing, and closing strategic business opportunities with large-scale enterprise clients.
Job DescriptionThe Enterprise Sales Growth Strategist will lead efforts to prospect, engage, and build relationships with key decision-makers in target accounts. Leveraging a deep understanding of the enterprise landscape, industry trends, and our company's value proposition, you will develop and execute tailored sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.
Responsibilities:- Market Research: Conduct thorough market research to identify potential enterprise clients in need of EAP services. This includes understanding industry trends, organizational challenges, and competitor offerings.
- Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify and qualify leads within target enterprise organizations, including HR departments, benefits administrators, and executive leadership.
- Building Relationships: Cultivate strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within enterprise clients, including HR directors, benefits managers, and C-suite executives.
- Needs Assessment: Conduct comprehensive needs assessments with potential clients to understand their specific requirements and challenges related to employee mental health, well-being, and productivity.
- Solution Presentation: Develop and deliver tailored presentations and proposals that highlight the benefits of EAP services and demonstrate how they can address the unique needs of each enterprise client.
- Contract Negotiation: Negotiate terms, pricing, and service agreements with enterprise clients, ensuring that contracts are mutually beneficial and align with the organization's objectives.
- Pipeline Management: Manage a robust sales pipeline, including tracking leads, opportunities, and sales activities in CRM systems, and providing regular updates to management.
- Industry Networking: Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to network with potential clients, stay informed about industry developments, and represent the organization within the EAP community.
- Continuous Learning: Stay updated on industry best practices, emerging trends, and innovations in EAP services to maintain a competitive edge and drive continuous improvement in sales strategies and tactics.
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- A Postgraduate or MBA degree.
- Total work experience of 5+ years.
- Experience in direct sales of products and services (IT and Non-IT) to the enterprise account. Background in selling to the HR persona is mandatory.
AALUCKS Talent Pro offers a hybrid setup, 3 days in-person + 2 days WFH, medical insurance, GPA, self-help policy, and communication reimbursements. We are open to considering candidates with career gaps. The position reports to the Chief Product Officer.
