Job Title: Learning Experience Designer

Location: India

We are seeking a skilled and innovative Learning Experience Designer to join our team in Hyderabad, India. This role will play a pivotal part in shaping the future of learning experiences across the organization.

The successful candidate will be responsible for creating impactful learning experiences tailored to McDonalds workforce, focusing on Leadership Development, Inclusion, Onboarding, Restaurant Curriculum, Corporate Development, Engagement, or Operations. They will work closely with a dynamic team of learning design professionals to deliver engaging, effective, and immersive learning programs that align with organizational goals.

Responsibilities:

The ideal candidate will possess 5-7 years of experience in Learning & Development, Talent Development, or a related field, along with a Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience. Key qualifications include:

  • Proven experience in instructional or experience design, with expertise in creating learning programs for multi-cultural and multi-generational audiences.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Knowledge of learning & development design trends, regulations, and best practices.
  • Technical knowledge in areas of learning & development, instructional design, organization effectiveness, and HR processes.
  • Experience creating content for frontline workers or deskless workers.
  • Knowledge of learning technologies, including LMS, LXP, SCORM, Storyline, Rise, etc.

The selected candidate will serve as a strategic advisor on learning design best practices and trends, while championing the use of emerging technologies to create engaging, personalized learning experiences. They will partner with global and regional stakeholders to understand learning needs and translate them into effective solutions.

Evaluation and Improvement:

The supervisor will leverage course evaluations to identify what is working and areas of opportunity, follow processes to determine when updates can be made during scheduled release schedules, and analyze data insights to identify learning gaps and optimize design strategies.

Project Management and Stakeholder Management:

They will manage multiple concurrent instructional design projects, balancing stakeholder expectations and iterative feedback cycles to deliver high-quality learning solutions on schedule and within scope.
