We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Maintenance Operations Manager to join our team at Diageo. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our production facilities, managing maintenance activities, and driving process improvements.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and implement maintenance plans to minimize downtime and optimize production efficiency
• Manage a team of maintenance personnel to ensure effective execution of maintenance activities
• Collaborate with production teams to identify and resolve production issues
• Analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and implement process changes
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards
• Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of spare parts and materials
• Manage budgets and resources to ensure effective use of maintenance resources
• Identify and implement opportunities for cost savings and process improvements
• Develop and maintain maintenance records and reports to track performance and identify areas for improvement
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective communication and coordination of maintenance activities
• Develop and implement training programs to ensure maintenance personnel have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their jobs effectively
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field
• Minimum 5-8 years of experience in maintenance operations, preferably in the Alco-Bev or FMCG industry
• Proven track record of driving process improvements and cost savings
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to analyze data and identify areas for improvement
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Strong knowledge of maintenance management principles and practices
• Familiarity with SAP or other maintenance management software
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to travel to other locations as needed
• Strong knowledge of safety, quality, and environmental standards
