Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Design Engineer to join our team.

  • The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical engineering, with experience in static equipment design within the oil & gas, petrochemical, or related industries.
  • They will possess excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, as well as proficiency in engineering design software and tools.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential, with the ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team environment.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop complex static equipment for various industrial applications.
  • Lead engineering teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success and customer satisfaction.
  • Stay up-to-date with relevant codes and standards, ensuring compliance and excellence in design.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with clients, stakeholders, and colleagues.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field; a Master's degree is a plus.
  • At least 6 years of experience in static equipment design, preferably in the oil & gas, petrochemical, or related industries.
  • Proven track record of leading engineering teams and managing complex projects from conception to completion.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Proficient in engineering design software and tools (e.g., CAE software, AutoCAD).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team environment.
