About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Java developer to lead the design and development of high-performance applications.

  • Design and develop scalable Java Microservices using Spring Boot.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive architectural discussions and Agile Sprint planning.
  • Develop high-volume, low-latency applications for critical systems, ensuring high availability and performance.
Responsibilities:
  1. Write clean, well-designed, testable, and efficient code that meets specifications.
  2. Adhere to software development life cycle best practices, including unit testing, agile development, and CI/CD strategies.
  3. Optimize and manage resources and time effectively within the team.
  4. Identify, track, and mitigate risks to the product/application.
Requirements:
  • 6-12 years of experience with Java, Spring Boot, and Hibernate.
  • 3+ years of experience with Java Microservices and Spring Boot.
  • Proficient in RDBMS and NoSQL databases.
  • Familiarity with Container Systems (Kubernetes, Docker).
  • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies.
  • Proficient with code versioning tools (e.g., Git).
  • Strong organization skills, attention to detail, and multi-tasking ability.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
