As an IT Operations Manager, you will be responsible for administering and configuring BMC Helix Operations Management with AIOps, monitoring and analyzing system performance using AI-ML based tools, implementing predictive service management to proactively address issues, and developing and maintaining workflows and automation scripts.

Additionally, you will perform root cause analysis and resolve complex IT issues, integrate BMC Helix with other ITSM tools and platforms, create and manage dashboards for real-time monitoring and reporting, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize service performance.

Documenting processes and maintaining standard operating procedures is also a crucial aspect of this role, as well as providing technical support and training to users and IT staff.

Our ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field and 4 years of experience in IT operations management and AIOps. They should have proficiency in BMC Helix Operations Management and AIOps tools, a strong understanding of AI-ML algorithms and predictive analytics, excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, effective communication and teamwork abilities, and relevant certifications such as BMC Certified Professional.

In terms of skills, the incumbent should possess expertise in BMC Helix Operations Management, AIOps tools and techniques, AI-ML algorithms, predictive analytics, workflow automation, root cause analysis, system performance monitoring, dashboard creation, technical support, and documentation.
