Job Title: Financial Analyst

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Financial Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing financial insights and analysis to support business decision-making.

Key Responsibilities
  • Day-to-day accounting and general ledger analysis.
  • Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders, including business leaders and finance management.
  • Own expenses forecast for the business group by using trend analysis/KPI reviews for better P&L management.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards, including IND AS and IFRS.
  • Manage cross-functional teams to achieve financial goals.
Requirements
  • MBA/CA Intermediate/ICWAI Intermediate - Finance with minimum of 4-5 years of post-qualification in any Industry.
  • Excellent verbal & written communication skills, analytical abilities, client handling skills.
  • Experience in partnering with business leaders.
  • Ability to partner and manage cross-functional teams.
  • Hands on experience in Financials preparation, Monthly Books Closure & Review activities, MIS Preparation, Review, etc.
  • Good working knowledge in Tally/Well versed with MS Office.
