Lead AI Strategist

We are seeking an experienced Lead AI Strategist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing AI strategies that drive business outcomes.

  • Foster a deep understanding of AI capabilities within the organization and collaborate with senior leadership to propose strategic uses that enhance business outcomes.
  • Partner with functional heads to identify and solve business challenges through AI & Analytics solutions, driving growth and portfolio management.
  • Translate business problems into analytical challenges and develop solutions using AI/ML techniques to drive end-to-end strategic initiatives.
  • Develop and implement an approach to scale AI/ML at Max Life through various solutions.
  • Enable data-driven decision making and co-create business strategies through storytelling and insights presented to top leaders.
  • Establish external relationships with cross-industry and academic forums for innovative approaches and knowledge sharing.
  • Lead AI & Analytics projects from conceptualization to implementation and continuous monitoring.
  • Build and nurture a strong team of next-generation problem solvers focused on business delivery, continuous learning, and experimentation.

Requirements:

  • MBA or master's degree in quantitative fields like mathematics, computer science, engineering, statistics, economics, etc. from top-tier institutes.
  • Minimum 12-15 years of work experience in analytical roles, preferably post-graduation.
  • Strong collaboration and influencing skills to challenge conventional thinking.
  • Exceptional analytical thinking, storytelling, and presentation skills for top business leaders.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and govern project execution.
  • Passion for AI/ML/Data Science/Gen AI through developed solutions.
  • Hands-on experience with Analytics/ML/Deep tech/GenAI technologies and applications.
  • Experience with Python, R, Spark, and cloud-based AI/ML solution deployment.
  • Experience with ML/DL/Gen AI frameworks and deep understanding of cloud-based services.
