Content Creation Specialist Role

Our organization seeks a skilled Content Creation Specialist to develop innovative content solutions. This position requires the ability to combine creativity, research, and sharp writing skills to bring new ideas to life.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Content Strategy team to research and develop new concepts using insights, data, and trends.
  • Ideate and create concept notes, proposals, and approaches for content development.
  • Write engaging and impactful content for various formats, including:
  1. Promos and amplification content
  2. Microsite content and campaign materials
  3. Social media copies (posts, promos, campaigns)
  4. Anchor/Emcee scripts for events
  5. Video content (scripts, captions, narratives)
  6. Letters and communication for dignitaries
  7. Articles and thought pieces related to projects
  8. Any other event content as required
  • E nsure all content is aligned with the brand tone, audience interest, and campaign objectives.
  • Work collaboratively with design, marketing, and events teams to deliver integrated campaigns

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 3–5 years of experience in content writing (preferably in media, events, or digital platforms).
  • Strong proficiency in formal/news-led writing with the ability to switch between creative and structured formats.
  • Excellent command over English language and grammar; bilingual ability is a plus.
  • Ability to research, conceptualize, and develop narratives based on data and trends.
  • Prior experience in event content, social media writing, or branded content is highly desirable.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
  • Digitally savvy with familiarity in using tools for content creation and collaboration.
