Interior Design Consultancy is a key role in any organization. As an Interior Designer, you must possess exceptional creative thinking skills to craft innovative designs based on client conversations.
- To lead the sales funnel and drive sales closure effectively.
- To oversee customer experience throughout a project.
- To ensure high quality and accuracy of design deliverables.
- To manage the entire project lifecycle from start to finish.
Essential Skills And Expertise
- Degree or relevant diploma in Interior Design.
- A minimum of one year's experience as an Interior Designer.
- Successful delivery of two to four Residential Modular KWS projects.
- Familiarity with design tools such as PPT presentation, AutoCAD.
- Expertise in conceptual design including layout, style, moodboard.
- Technical design skills encompassing material knowledge, execution and drawing preparation.
- Modular design skills covering material knowledge, aesthetics & functionality, module planning.
- Civil works & Services expertise including specifications & installation details.
- Able to create Bills of Quantity for customers and coordinate with internal & external agencies.
- Effective sales skills including logical & trusted sales pitches, driving and leading design meetings with clients.
- Desirable behavioural attributes include result oriented, teamwork, integrity & ethics, crisp & meaningful communication.
- A willingness to learn and ability to drive performance among independent team members.
