Job Title: Senior Financial Leader

Location: Chennai, India

About the Role:

We are seeking a seasoned finance professional to lead our financial function in Chennai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in strategic planning and analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement financial strategies to drive business growth.
  • Lead the annual budgeting process and develop comprehensive financial forecasts.
  • Prepare and present accurate financial statements and reports to stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations, laws, and internal policies.
  • Provide strategic guidance to senior executives on financial decisions.
  • Manage and mentor a team of finance professionals.
  • Identify financial risks and opportunities and suggest solutions.
  • Support annual audits and liaise with external auditors.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure financial initiatives align with overall business objectives.

Requirements:

  • CA or CMA qualification.
  • Proficiency in French language.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in finance leadership roles.
