UI Design Specialist

As a UI design specialist, you will be responsible for developing wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes using Figma to demonstrate a deep understanding of design principles and user-centered design methodologies. You will create high-fidelity, innovative, and visually appealing user interface designs that prioritize usability and accessibility across various platforms and devices.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design Development: Develop wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes using Figma.
  • User Interface Design: Create high-fidelity, innovative, and visually appealing user interface designs that prioritize usability and accessibility.
  • Design System Management: Champion design consistency and establish and maintain design systems, UI kits, and style guides within Figma to ensure uniformity across projects.
  • Mentorship: Mentor and guide junior designers, providing leadership and expertise in UI/UX design principles, methodologies, and best practices.
  • User Testing: Conduct and lead user testing sessions, gather feedback, and iteratively enhance designs based on user-centered design principles and usability testing results.

Required Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • Experience: 4+ years of hands-on experience in UI/UX design, with a profound expertise in using Figma as the primary design tool.
  • Portfolio: Proven track record of delivering innovative and user-centric designs across web and mobile platforms.

PREFERRED SKILLS

  • Design Systems: Demonstrated experience in implementing and managing design systems and component libraries within Figma.
  • User Research: Expertise in conducting user research, usability testing, and integrating user feedback into design solutions.
  • Motion Design: Proficiency in motion design principles and their application in UI/UX design.
