We are seeking a skilled Interior Designer to join our team. As an Interior Designer, you will be responsible for creating modular designs based on client conversations. You should have excellent creative thinking skills and be able to communicate effectively with clients to assess their needs and adjust your approach accordingly.

• Drive Sales Closure through effective sales strategies.
• Ensure exceptional Customer Experience during projects.
• Lead and own quality accuracy of design deliverables.
• Oversee the end-to-end Project lifecycle.

Job Requirements:

• Graduation or relevant Diploma.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as an Interior Designer.
• Led and delivered 2-4 Residential Modular KWS projects.
• Proficient in design tools, PPT presentation, AutoCAD.
• Expertise in Conceptual design (Layout, Style, Moodboard), Technical design (Material knowledge, Execution and Drawing Preparation), Modular design (Material knowledge, aesthetics functionality, module planning), Civil works Services (specifications installation details).
• Ability to create BoQ for customers, Coordinate with internal external agencies.
• Sales expertise in Sales Closure through logical trusted Sales pitch, Driving and leading the Design meetings with the customers.
• Strong behavioural attributes of Result-oriented, Team work, Integrity Ethics, Crisp meaningful communication.
• High willingness to learn, ability to drive performance among independent team members.
