**Job Title:** Promotions Coordinator

At our company, we are seeking a skilled Marketing Promotions Manager to support regional market strategies and functional modules. The ideal candidate will leverage industry expertise to enhance brand presence, distributor engagement, showroom performance, and overall sales growth.

Job Description

Develop and execute marketing strategies for products in Ghana and the wider West African market. This includes drive showroom development through construction, maintenance, product sample display, visual merchandising, and showroom management. Additionally, plan and manage advertising initiatives such as shop banners, promotional visuals, and campaigns. Support distributors and customers in planning and executing promotion activities to drive sales. Conduct showroom checks and provide feedback to ensure alignment with brand standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (MBA preferred)
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in the ceramics/tiles industry with direct experience in showroom construction, maintenance, and management, sample display and product promotion and advertising
  • Excellent marketing strategy skills and campaign planning ability
  • Proven ability to work across cultures and adapt quickly in a dynamic environment
