Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, execute, and deliver RCSA and ORE initiatives with high-quality outputs
  • Oversight of teams and programs, ensuring alignment with methodologies and providing periodic updates
  • Broad expertise in consumer and commercial banking products, corporate functions, or credit operations
  • Establish effective working relationships with senior management and internal/external stakeholders
  • Familiarity with banking laws, regulations, and offshore banking operations in India
  • Collaborate with First and Second Line of Defense leaders, requiring strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Prior experience in risk oversight within a bank or financial institution, preferably with exposure to review and challenge activities

  • Able to work collaboratively as part of a team
