Billing Specialist

Description:

The Billing Specialist will work with Google Workspace (GWS) Billing, requiring excellent communication skills and good typing speed. The role involves knowledge of industry-standard ticketing tools and ITIL Framework.

Mandatory Requirements:
  • Minimum 15 years of regular education
  • Flexible with night shifts & rotation shifts
  • Good Knowledge of MS Office Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Associate Google Workspace Administrator certification preferred
Responsibilities:
  • Excellent verbal & written communication skills
  • 30 to 50 WPM typing speed
  • Exp 2 - 8 years in GWS Billing or extensive experience working in GWS environment & understanding of associated billing
  • Knowledge on any Industry Standard Ticketing tool, ITIL Framework etc
