This is a leadership role that will require you to develop and implement strategies to enhance IESA membership, services, and engagement. Key responsibilities include:

• Driving IESA's growth and establishing it as a global leader in emerging technologies like energy storage, electric mobility, and green hydrogen.
• Facilitating support to government officials in policy advocacy and member organizations in their business growth.
• Understanding the top and bottom lines of the business with an eye on IESA member retention and growth.
• Envisioning the future of the market and initiating appropriate initiatives and activities to help IESA member companies.
• Collaborating with industry stakeholders, vendors, partners, and team members to deliver increased value to the organization.
• Representing the organization at national and international levels through conferences, seminars, meetings, and events.
• Discussing new business opportunities with CXOs and mentoring business leaders to build capabilities and benchmark industry best practices and technologies.
• Developing a business continuity plan to ensure seamless operations.

The ideal candidate should have a Master's degree with 8-10 years of experience, including 5 years of experience managing associations, alliances, partnerships, think tanks, agencies, or similar roles. Strong leadership skills, excellent communication skills, and great interpersonal and presentation skills are essential for success in this position.

A competitive salary of $150,000 - $200,000 per annum is being offered to attract a highly skilled professional who can make a significant impact in driving the growth of IESA.
