Job Title: Creative Visual Specialist

Location: Lucknow, India

Experience:

1–3 years of experience preferred in graphic design and video editing.

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled creative visual specialist to create engaging visual content for digital and social platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Design Creative Assets

  • Design social media graphics, website graphics, campaign materials, emailers, and presentations.

Edit and Produce Video Content

  • Edit short-form and long-form video content for Reels, YouTube videos, event videos, etc.

Collaborate with Teams

  • Work with content and social media teams to bring ideas to life visually.

Maintain Brand Consistency

  • Ensure brand consistency across all design materials.

Stay Up-to-Date

  • Stay current with design trends and platform-specific formats.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite or FinalCut

  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects) or FinalCut.

Experience with Canva

  • Experience with Canva, especially for quick social media creatives.

Video Editing Skills

  • Ability to edit short-form content for social platforms and long form for YouTube.

Basic Knowledge of Video Color Grading, Transitions, and Sound Editing

  • Brief knowledge of video color grading, transitions, and sound editing.

Preferred Skills

Motion Graphics Experience

  • Motion graphics experience is a bonus.

Photography or Videography Skills

  • Basic photography or videography skills are a plus.

Understanding of Social Media Formats

  • Understanding of social media formats, specifications, and audience behavior is a must.

Strong Portfolio

  • A strong portfolio demonstrating both design and video capabilities is required.
