OPERATIONS
Our Operations team partners with all parts of the firm to provide banking, securities, and asset management services to clients globally. With a focus on risk management and controls, we ensure the integrity and reliability of our services. As a Client Readiness professional, you will play a critical role in safeguarding our clients' interests and maintaining the firm's reputation.
YOUR IMPACT
As a Client Due Diligence team member, you will be responsible for verifying the identity of our clients, preventing identity theft, financial fraud, money laundering, and terrorist financing. Your work will contribute to maintaining the highest standards of compliance and regulatory requirements, ensuring the firm's reputation and client trust.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
We're seeking a highly collaborative and detail-oriented professional with a strong understanding of Anti-Money Laundering (AML) regulations and guidelines. You will need to demonstrate effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, is essential. A Bachelor's degree is required, and experience in AML operations is highly preferred.

• Ability to prioritize and make decisions in a fast-paced environment • Ability to contribute as an individual contributor in a cross-team working group • Accuracy, attention to detail, and strong organizational skills • Strong analytical and project management skills • Good understanding of the financial industry • In-depth knowledge of legal documentation preferred (e.g., trust agreements, partnership agreements, and corporate resolutions)
