Associate Software Product Implementation Manager

Job Overview
Laserbeam Software is seeking an experienced Associate Software Product Implementation Manager to join our team. This role will play a key part in delivering high-quality software solutions that meet the needs of our customers.
Estimated Salary Range: $120,000 - $180,000 per annum
Key Responsibilities:
- Stakeholder Engagement: Lead customer meetings to gather and understand project needs, objectives, and requirements. Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders throughout the entire project lifecycle. Provide consistent updates to stakeholders on project status, highlight potential risks and challenges, and propose mitigation strategies.
- Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with business users to capture and analyze requirements, identifying application gaps that need to be addressed through new features or enhancements. Ensure proper system configurations are in place to effectively implement identified requirements. For any enhancements, prepare detailed documentation and closely collaborate with development and testing teams to ensure successful testing and deployment in both testing and production environments.
- Quality Assurance & Timely Delivery: Work closely with development and testing teams to ensure timely delivery of project milestones and deliverables. Review and validate QA testing results to ensure they meet business requirements and quality standards. Conduct functional testing to validate end-to-end application workflows and ensure optimal system functionality. Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve defects or issues uncovered during testing, working collaboratively with the development team.
- User Training and Support: Lead training sessions to ensure end-users gain a thorough understanding of product usage, processes, and system workflows. Provide post-go-live support, addressing user queries, resolving issues, and offering guidance to optimize system use.
- Project Management: Define and manage project scope, timelines, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with business goals. Maintain clear project boards for transparency and visibility into project status, progress, and completion.
- Documentation and Reporting: Document business requirements, processes, and project progress, ensuring clear and comprehensive records. Create and maintain reports and dashboards to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs). Ensure all project documentation is up-to-date and accessible to stakeholders.
- Task Delegation & Team Mentoring: Lead and guide team members by assigning tasks based on individual skills and expertise. Monitor task progress, ensuring timely completion while meeting priority and deadline expectations. Mentor and support team members' professional development, fostering continuous learning and growth.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong proficiency in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated leadership ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience in client-facing roles, with a strong understanding of customer requirements.
- Ability to influence stakeholders and collaborate effectively to define acceptable solutions.
- Familiarity with business analysis methodologies such as Agile and Waterfall.
- Experience working in a Scrum environment.
- Exceptional planning, organizational, and time management skills.
- Proven track record of successful project support and delivery.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
