Visual Leadership Role

About the Position:

We're a renowned global brand synonymous with excellence in product design and user experience. As our Art Director, you will be responsible for spearheading our creative efforts and defining the visual identity of our brand.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create visually stunning assets that embody elegance, simplicity, and clarity.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative solutions aligned with our brand strategy and tone.
  • Mentor junior designers and ensure high standards of thoughtful and minimalist design.
  • Maintain brand consistency across all touchpoints with clean, intuitive layouts.
  • Translate complex ideas into easily understandable visuals.
  • Stay informed about global design trends and apply them appropriately.
  • Manage multiple projects efficiently while maintaining attention to detail and design integrity.

Necessary Skills and Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of professional experience in graphic design with a portfolio showcasing expertise in elegant and high-end design.
  • Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • Excellent understanding of typography, layout, color theory, and use of space to create balanced designs.
  • Ability to develop understated yet effective designs that communicate the brand's message.
  • Experience working with international teams or brands with sensitivity to cross-cultural design approaches.
  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
  • Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented with a natural sense of aesthetic balance.
