We are seeking a talented Software Development Engineer to join our team at Innovaccer. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying high-quality software applications that meet the needs of our customers.

About the Role

As a Frontend Developer, you will work closely with our product managers, UX designers, and backend engineers to understand requirements, define technical solutions, and deliver high-quality software products. You will be responsible for writing clean, efficient, and well-documented code following industry best practices and coding standards.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, ensuring system reliability and stability.
  • Develop and maintain high-quality software applications using modern frontend frameworks like React and Redux.
  • Work with our backend engineers to integrate frontend and backend systems.
  • Participate in code reviews and provide feedback to improve code quality and maintainability.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • 1-3 years of professional experience in frontend development, with a focus on JavaScript, TypeScript, React, Redux, and Node.js.
  • Proficiency in JavaScript, including ES6+ syntax, and experience with modern frontend frameworks like React (with Redux).
  • Familiarity with server-side JavaScript frameworks like Node.js.
  • Solid understanding of web technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, and responsive web design principles.
  • Experience with unit testing frameworks like Jest and writing testable code.
  • Familiarity with build tools, package managers, and version control systems (e.g., Webpack, Babel, npm, Git).
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to debug and resolve complex issues.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
