As an MS Dynamics Lead, you will be responsible for leading high-performing teams in implementing and configuring Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and other related systems. Your expertise will enable us to deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive business growth.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing custom plugins, workflows, and CRM extensions using your extensive knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM / Dynamics CRM 2016 or newer.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to design and implement Web Services, REST/ODATA APIs, and Azure Integration Services.
  • Providing technical guidance on PowerApps, Power Automate (Flow), Power BI, and Dataverse, and ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
  • Designing and optimizing SQL Server databases, including writing stored procedures, queries, and performance tuning.
  • Fostering Agile/Scrum methodologies to drive project delivery and quality.
