Job Opportunity in Financial Services Cloud

We are seeking a seasoned Salesforce expert to join our team as a Consultant specializing in Financial Services Cloud (FSC). In this role, you will design, configure, and optimize FSC features to meet the complex needs of financial services businesses.

About the Role:

The ideal candidate should have at least 6 years of experience with Salesforce and a proven track record of implementing FSC solutions. They must be proficient in Apex, Lightning Web Components, SOQL, Flows, and automation tools. Additionally, they should have experience with Salesforce integrations via REST/SOAP APIs, Mulesoft, and other middleware technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement and configure FSC to support financial services business processes.
  • Customize and extend FSC functionality using Apex, LWC, Flows, and Process Builder.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into FSC solutions.
  • Configure client data models, financial accounts, households, and relationship mapping within FSC.
  • Integrate FSC with core banking, CRM, and third-party applications via APIs and middleware.
  • Ensure compliance with data security, privacy, and regulatory standards.
  • Provide ongoing support, enhancements, and issue resolution for FSC implementations.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 6+ years of Salesforce experience with 3+ years specifically in Financial Services Cloud.
  • Strong knowledge of FSC data model, action plans, referrals, client lifecycle, and relationship management.
  • Proficiency in Apex, LWC, SOQL, Flows, and automation tools.
  • Experience with Salesforce integrations (REST/SOAP APIs, Mulesoft, etc.).
  • Solid understanding of Salesforce security models, profiles, and sharing rules.
  • Salesforce FSC Certification or Salesforce Financial Services Cloud Consultant Certification preferred.
  • Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
  • Immediate availability (mandatory).
