Senior Data Analyst Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Data Analyst to join our team in a senior-level role that combines technical data expertise with project management and client-facing responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage data aggregation projects from inception to delivery, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results.
  • Develop and implement data management and reporting systems that meet business requirements.
  • Work with specialty pharmacy, hub, distributor, and 3PL data sources to drive business insights.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients through effective communication and stakeholder management.
  • Lead and mentor junior team members to ensure knowledge sharing and skills development.
  • Collaborate with US-based teams to deliver projects and meet business objectives.
  • Ensure project finances and deliverables are managed effectively.

Requirements:

  • A Bachelor's or advanced degree in a relevant field.
  • No less than 8-10 years of professional experience in data analysis and project management.
  • Demonstrated experience in patient and/or payer data management solutions in the US pharmaceutical market.

Tech Requirements:

  • Strong Python coding skills with proficiency in data manipulation and analysis.
  • Advanced Excel skills with ability to create complex formulas and models.
  • Microsoft Office suite (PowerPoint, Word) proficiency.
  • HIPAA-compliant data management experience.

Soft Skills:

  • Excellent project management capabilities with ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects.
  • Potential for people management and mentoring skills to lead and develop junior team members.
  • Strong communication (verbal and written) skills to collaborate with stakeholders and clients.
