Exciting Opportunity: Application Developer Position

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Application Developer to join our team. As a key member of our application development team, you will design, build, and configure applications that align with business processes and requirements using SAP Hybris Commerce.

Key Responsibilities:
  • SME Role: Drive the design and development of application solutions as a Subject Matter Expert in SAP Hybris Commerce.
  • Collaborate with business and technical teams to understand requirements and translate them into effective solutions.
  • Lead and guide team members to ensure high-quality deliverables and timely execution.
  • Take ownership of team decisions and contribute to key decisions across multiple teams.
  • Provide innovative solutions to complex problems within the immediate team and across different projects.
  • Enhance team expertise through knowledge-sharing sessions and technical capabilities.
  • Monitor project progress, address challenges proactively, and ensure on-time delivery of application features.
Requirements:
  • Strong proficiency in SAP Hybris Commerce with a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience.
  • Solid understanding of application development methodologies and best practices.
Preferred Skills:
  • Experience with e-commerce platforms and system integration techniques.
  • Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
  • Knowledge of database management and optimization.
