Job Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned Technical Development Lead to join our team. This role will involve leading and building new cloud-native applications, utilizing full stack Java, Cloud, Web, and mobile technologies.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in designing and deploying enterprise-level business or technical applications, with a strong focus on engineering patterns.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead application development across the full project lifecycle, from gathering functional designs to deployment.
  • Collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders to discuss and articulate design and code details.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or equivalent work experience.
  • Minimum 13 years of related IT experience, with a proven track record in designing and deploying complex applications.
  • Working knowledge of security concepts, session management, performance tuning, automated testing techniques, high availability engineering, and database technologies.

Desirable Skills:

  • Experience working with payment solutions, including mainframe environment.
  • Familiarity with emerging technologies such as AI and Machine Learning.
