We are looking for a highly skilled Talent Acquisition Specialist - Contract Staffing to join our team at Ather Energy Limited. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with experience of working in a cross-functional team and with business leaders.

The ideal candidate will have an in-depth understanding and interest in both HR and Business, with a proactive and structured way of working, and an eye for detail. They will be able to perform under pressure and have previous experience in managing contract/third party staff and statutory compliances.

Salary

₹40 LPA (estimated)

Responsibilities
  1. Manage team to smoothen the Contract Staffing process, strategize and propose process improvements as and when required
  2. Place the right talent and capabilities within agreed SLA to meet the needs of the business, interacting with the vendors for specifications
  3. Collaborate with stakeholders for the best solution on quick closures
Requirements
  1. 6 to 10 years of overall experience in a similar role
  2. Bachelors/Masters in Management or any other equivalent degree
