Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Digital Commerce Director to join our team at Outhouse Jewellery. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of driving e-commerce growth, improving customer experience, and leading cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive digital commerce strategy to drive sales, improve customer engagement, and increase brand awareness.
  • Lead the development and implementation of e-commerce platforms, including Shopify and Magento.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless integration of marketing, merchandising, CRM, and customer service initiatives.
  • Analyze customer behavior, market trends, and competitor activity to inform strategic decisions and optimize online store performance.
  • Manage a team of e-commerce professionals, providing guidance, training, and coaching to ensure high-performing teams.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, vendors, and partners.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to ensure Outhouse Jewellery remains competitive in the market.

Requirements:

  • 7-10 years of experience in e-commerce leadership roles, preferably in the fashion or luxury goods industry.
  • Proven track record of driving e-commerce growth, improving customer experience, and leading cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Expert knowledge of e-commerce architecture, systems, integrations, and processes.
  • Familiarity with performance marketing, including SEA, programmatic, email, affiliates, and paid social.
